As a clinical psychologist I am competent in assessing for, diagnosing and treating mental health issues in accordance with the American Psychiatric Association. In my second decade of practice, I remain dedicated to your journey towards healthy well-being and personal growth.

Regardless of technique employed, I understand the complexity and uniqueness of each individual’s path, and I am committed to offering personalized, evidence-based approaches to help you achieve emotional wellness, resilience, and a sense of alignment.

I find my approaches continue most helpful to those who are highly motivated and committed to their therapy journey. My practice continues entirely comprised of clients engaged in long-term work (years), and remains the type of therapy process I enjoy most as a clinician (and as a client!).

While shorter-term therapy can also be an effective and worthwhile option, many clients choose to continue their therapy beyond their initial achievements, as they find the experience rewarding.

I offer a regular, consistent day and time that is reserved for you each week so that you may rely upon this hour, without the ongoing hassle of scheduling. Sessions are conducted on a HIPAA secure platform, and clients can rest assured their sessions will be conducted with the same security and privacy as in-person office settings.

I invite you to take your time in your decision to begin your journey, perhaps for the first time, or to resume with me as your potential new therapist. However you choose to proceed, I respect and understand the importance of your decisions, and therefore welcome any questions you may have to help you in your search.
